How to Choose Elements and Jutsu

Once you've learned a given technique, the interface on the left will show that element instead of a lock icon.

SWITCHING ELEMENTS: Hold Left Alt and scroll the mouse wheel forward or backward

SWITCHING JUTSU: To switch jutsu, hold Z, which will open a circular menu in front of you where you can select the technique you need

Using Techniques

After all that, you need to build up the required amount of XP on each technique you want to use. Once you reach MASTER level, if you don't switch to another jutsu you want, XP will automatically start going to the next jutsu in the list (counted clockwise).

The amount of XP required differs for each technique. To actually use a technique, press the key bound to "Use Jutsu" (default - C)

Using Sealing Techniques

At the moment the mod has only 1 not-yet-fully-finished sealing technique. To use it, 2 conditions must be met - leave the tailed beast at 15% HP, and learn the "Sealing Ability" skill. Once these conditions are met, the tailed beast can be sealed safely.

Increasing Technique XP

To increase a technique's XP, you must select the technique you want and deal damage to mobs.

Kekkei Genkai

Special Kekkei Genkai

In the mod, whichever clan you choose, you will in any case receive some kekkei genkai. However, for certain clans (Uchiha, Hyūga, Senju) these kekkei genkai are fixed, and they also have separate advancement branches in the achievements.

These kekkei genkai are:

• For Uchiha: Sharingan, Mangekyō, Eternal Mangekyō, Rinnegan

• For Hyūga: Byakugan, Golden Byakugan, Tenseigan

• For Senju: Wood Release

Obtaining Kekkei Genkai

Whatever kekkei genkai you have, they are all obtained through the same scheme. You need to have more than 1000 max chakra. Once you've crossed that threshold, a mechanic activates that, every 5 seconds, makes a random attempt to grant you a kekkei genkai (hereafter - KG). The average time to obtain a KG is about 10-15 minutes.

• Starting with update 1.4.0, the Uchiha, Hyūga, and Senju clans can awaken one additional KG each (in the end they will get 1 special KG plus one regular one; for Senju, Wood Release counts as the special KG). Also, since update 1.4.0, the following awakening scheme applies:

Using KG

To use special KG techniques, use jutsu buttons 1-4 (default - Y, H, B, V). Regular KG techniques are used the same way as regular elemental techniques.

Upgrading Special KG:

Upgrade methods also depend on the clan, and are only available for special eyes.

For the Hyūga to level up their eyes, they need to land 1,000 hits with the technique "Eight Trigrams: 64 Palms" (found in second place), while leveling up to Tenseigan is done by consuming a chakra fruit (obtaining the chakra fruit itself is not yet fully fleshed out)

There are several ways to level up Uchiha eyes:

1. If you're playing with friends:

• The Uchiha must find the "Team Scroll" item (can be bought from Konoha merchants), then take it in hand and right-click.
• Then pass this scroll to one of their friends (the friend must also right-click while holding the scroll)
• And finally the Uchiha must kill their friend

2. If you're playing solo/on a server without friends:

• Tame an animal
• Kill your tamed pet / witness its death (you need to be within 3 blocks of the pet at the moment of its death)

Further leveling up happens by crossbreeding two Mangekyō Sharingan (not necessarily from different owners) using a medical scroll (can be bought from a Konoha merchant, or found in the "uchiha_house" structure). For an Uchiha to level up to Rinnegan, they need to consume a chakra fruit.

Growing a Chakra Fruit

To grow a chakra fruit, the player needs to look down at the floor, at the block on which they want to sprout the fruit, and hold down the required button (check your controls, default is ⬆️).

The condition for growing the fruit is learning the "Chakra Fruit" skill (available only to Hyūga and Uchiha).

The growing process itself takes about 8-10 minutes of holding the button (you don't have to hold the button continuously — the time is saved), and also requires a total of >50,000 chakra.

Tailed Beast Mode

Activation Condition

To enter tailed beast mode (cloak level 1), you need to learn the "Cloak I" skill. However, to get the buff from this cloak, you also need to learn the "Techniques I" skill.

The same logic applies to the other 2 cloak levels, but starting from level 2 you will also need to learn the "Control I" skill in order to be able to move.

Cloak stage 3 is available only for Kurama and allows the use of the Tailed Beast Bomb (requires learning the "Techniques III" skill). Check the Minecraft controls menu for the casting keybinds.
